Whistleblowing

Our company, in accordance with Legislative Decree 24 of March 10, 2023, and the ethical principles outlined in our governance documents and policies, actively promotes the reporting of any violation or suspected violation of national and EU laws, the Code of Ethics, the 231 Organization, Management, and Control Model, as well as non-compliant or negligent behavior.

We are committed to creating an environment in which reporting occurs in a climate of mutual trust and absolute confidentiality for the whistleblower, with the assurance of protection from any form of retaliation.

Reports should cover, but are not limited to:

Possible violations or omissions relating to occupational health and safety, the environment, privacy, information security, and consumer rights.
Failure to comply with legal obligations, unlawful acts or omissions.
Illegal competitions or corrupt acts.
Tax or accounting breaches, falsification of documents.
Negligent or reputationally damaging behavior, including unauthorized disclosure of confidential information or intellectual property infringement.
Violations of other company policies, codes or standards.

Reports regarding personal matters of the reporter, such as work disputes, discrimination or personal conflicts, will not be considered.

Reports must be sent via the secure and encrypted channel provided by the Data Services Srl platform, outside the company information systems, to the address:

The reports will be managed by an External Manager, who will guarantee the confidentiality of the reporter's data and will provide feedback within three months of receipt.

He will conduct a thorough investigation of the reports received, ensuring that the reporter's privacy is respected and communicating with him or her confidentially if necessary.
